As well as my delicious food, I also offer cooking lessons in your kitchen to suit your needs, whatever your ability – you decide what you want to learn! I believe in hands-on teaching, not just demonstrations. You don’t need any fancy equipment although I can advise on any essential or helpful tools. I can also help to identify essential store cupboard items and suggest shopping lists. Because I tailor the teaching to your individual skill level and interests it is the most efficient use of your valuable free time. It also means you can be guaranteed to use all the recipes and techniques you have learned, because they are specifically chosen for you.
